The Patissier Summer Camp is a camp for young budding pastry chefs to become familiar with the pastry arts...and love it! Camp Junior Pastry Chef is for kids ages 11-12 years old. Classes will be held in the professional kitchens at Tastemakers DC in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC.
JPC campers will focus on the basic of working with yeast to make a French baguette! Techniques such as dough development, proofing, kneading and shaping dough will be covered.
