The Patissier Summer Camp is a camp for young budding pastry chefs to become familiar with the pastry arts...and love it! The Summer Pastry Chef Program is for kids ages 13-15 years old. Classes will be held in the professional kitchens at Tastemakers DC in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC. Get your tickets here!

Ticket price includes $50 registration fee.


Learn the techniques behind these tricky pastries. Students will learn the lamination process as they make delectable croissants, pain au chocolate, and more!
