The Patissier Summer Camp is a camp for young budding pastry chefs to become familiar with the pastry arts...and love it! Camp Junior Pastry Chef is for kids ages 11-12 years old. Classes will be held in the professional kitchens at Tastemakers DC in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC.
Fresh Summer Fruit Tart - JPC campers will learn to apply several techniques from making buttery Pâte Brisée from scratch, beautiful fillings, to glazing and assembling a fresh fruit tart!
Ticket price includes a $15 registration fee.
