This workshop is taught by Jeanette Warne the pastry chef and artisanal bread maker and owner of Homeshed Kitchens
Chef Jeanette will teach the key points of pretzel-making in this hands-on class, including tips for making a non-lye solution at home. Learn how to make soft pretzels and pretzel rolls. Students will participate in the entire process, from mixing to shaping to dipping, topping and baking their own pretzels.
Students, will take home pretzels they have shaped and dough they have mixed in-class.
