Croisant Workshop

This workshop is taught by Jeanette Warne the pastry chef and artisanal bread maker and owner of Homeshed Kitchens

Come and learn how to make your own croissants! This workshop will focus on how to prepare laminated dough. Students will take home baked croissants as well as dough to finish at home. Also learn how to use laminated dough in different pastry applications.
